What You’ll Do
Showcase apartment homes and highlight community features and benefits
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and guests
Build relationships through resident events, outreach marketing, and community engagement
Serve as a liaison between residents and property staff
Process lease applications, renewals, and resident paperwork
Maintain resident files and ensure accurate documentation
Follow up on leads, renewals, and resident inquiries
Create a welcoming, professional, and stress-free experience for every resident and prospect

Qualifications
2 - 3 years of Property Leasing experience
Frequent need to see small detail and view computer screens
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
Knowledge of Real Page, One Site, and Velocity rental systems required.
