What You’ll Do

Own the leasing experience from first contact to signed lease and move-in
Create engaging, personalized tours that sell both the apartment and the lifestyle
Proactively generate and manage traffic—calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins
Qualify prospects and match them with the right home
Prepare lease agreements and ensure a smooth, accurate move-in process
Build relationships that drive resident satisfaction, renewals, and referrals
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead

What Sets You Apart

1+ year of residential leasing experience (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred)
A true team player with a results-driven mindset
