We are seeking a Leasing Consultant in Detroit, MI at 7850 E Jefferson who is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys new challenges. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player. Previous property management experience is preferred, but not required.

• Marketing and networking skills
• Previous experience with Tax Credit, Lease up, & HUD
• Phone and email etiquette
• Strong communication skills
• Sales experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Organizational skills
• Computer knowledge
