What You’ll Do:

  • Be the welcoming, professional face of our community — whether in person, on the phone, or online, making every interaction count!
  • Create genuine connections by truly listening to prospects and guiding them confidently to their perfect new home.
  • Lead fun, engaging tours that highlight our property’s standout features and leave prospects excited to join the community.
  • Stay proactive with timely follow-ups that turn interested prospects into happy, satisfied residents.
  • Handle lease applications smoothly and accurately, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to deliver clear resident communications, maintain daily reports, and power up marketing initiatives.
  • Keep our model and vacant apartments sparkling — always ready to impress and inspire.
  • Drive community buzz every day through creative marketing and outreach that puts us in the spotlight.
  • Jump in to assist residents with questions or concerns, making sure everyone feels heard, valued, and truly at home.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people
  • Sales, leasing, or customer service experience (preferred but not required — we train the right people)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Familiarity with Yardi 7S is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
