LUMA Residential is seeking a polished, energetic, and service-driven Luxury Leasing Consultant for an upscale apartment community in the Colleyville, Coppell, and Southlake area. This opportunity is ideal for someone who already understands apartment leasing, enjoys building relationships, and knows that luxury living is about more than beautiful apartment homes. What You’ll Do As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life while delivering an elevated experience to prospects and residents every day. Create an Exceptional Leasing Experience Welcome prospects with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Conduct engaging, personalized tours that showcase the community, amenities, and lifestyle Build relationships and guide prospects throughout the leasing process Provide timely, professional follow-up to help turn prospects into residents Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and community features Deliver Luxury-Level Customer Service Provide attentive, personalized service to prospects and residents Maintain a polished, professional appearance and communication style Understand the importance of presentation, attention to detail, and first impressions Help create raving fans by consistently exceeding expectations Drive Leasing Success Manage leads and prospect follow-up using Yardi and EliseAI Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity in the CRM Support occupancy, leasing, renewal, and resident retention goals Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and community initiatives   Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced leasing professional who understands both the business of leasing and the expectations of a luxury brand. Required: Apartment leasing experience Hands-on experience with Yardi Hands-on experience with EliseAI Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Professional, polished presentation appropriate for a luxury community Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work Saturdays as required Valid driver’s license Reliable, insured vehicle Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
