Full job details

Location: Parkside at South Tryon; Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00, based on experience

Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • Leasing or property management experience is required—Yardi experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage

Do you enjoy building connections, delivering outstanding customer service, and bringing energy to every interaction? Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our 300-unit luxury community in Charlotte, NC

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
  • Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
