About the Role

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development.

Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include but are not limited to:

  • Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
  • Answer telephones and internet leads
  • Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
  • Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
  • Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
  • Assist with day to day operations


Qualifications of the Leasing Consultant:

  • 6 months of previous Multi-Family Leasing
  • Ability to provide amazing customer service, is detailed oriented, and high energy
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus
  • Previous Yardi and RentCafe experience is preferred
  • Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to Saturdays
