About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant at Oaks at Mustang Apartments, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential residents with their ideal living spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase the property, highlighting its features and amenities to prospective tenants. You will also manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to finalizing lease agreements, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current residents, addressing their needs, and fostering a sense of community within the property. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to achieving occupancy goals and enhancing the overall reputation of the property in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and tour prospective residents through the community and available apartments
  • Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Explain lease terms, property features, pricing, and amenities
  • Process rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and resident communications
  • Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy rates
  • Create and manage social media content and online listings to promote the property
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase referrals and traffic
  • Support resident retention initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with residents and maintenance staff
  • Address resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred
  • Marketing, social media management, or promotional experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Weekend availability may be required
