What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community
• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts
• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly

What We’re Looking For

• High-energy, customer service-driven professional
• Leasing and marketing experience preferred
• Sales mindset with strong closing ability
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work some rotating weekends required, excluding Sundays
