Turn Prospects into Proud Residents
We’re looking for a service-driven Leasing Consultant at 10K and One Hill South to guide prospective residents through the leasing journey—from the first inquiry to move-in day. In this role, you’ll share the story of the building, create a welcoming experience, and support a strong sense of community. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and taking pride in your property, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Leasing & Marketing
Welcome prospects and guide them through personalized property tours
Highlight lifestyle features, community amenities, and neighborhood insights
Use CRM systems to track leads and follow up with care and attention
Prepare and process lease applications, documents, and renewals
Share ideas with marketing on campaigns, tour strategies, and promotions
Stay informed about market trends and competitors
Resident Retention & Community Engagement
Support smooth move-ins and move-outs with great communication and care
Coordinate resident events and activities to strengthen community ties
Help deliver personal touches—like welcome kits or birthday notes
Gather feedback and look for ways to enhance the resident experience
Building Presentation
Keep leasing offices, models, and amenity spaces clean and tour-ready
Partner with maintenance and operations to address any property needs
Help ensure a polished and consistent arrival experience for all visitors
Administrative & Compliance
Manage all leasing paperwork and files with accuracy and discretion
Track occupancy data and help maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws
Prepare audit-ready documentation and handle applications with professionalism
Operational Excellence
Monitor KPIs like move-in scores and lead conversions
Identify ways to improve leasing performance and resident satisfaction
Help manage online reviews and resident concerns with a solutions-first mindset
Special Projects & Teamwork
Participate in marketing campaigns, leasing events, and team meetings
Stay current with industry trends and company updates
Be a team player who’s ready to support wherever needed
Qualifications
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated salary range: $60,000 - $70,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

What You Bring:
Experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and in-person
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Weekend availability required (with two weekdays off)
A valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
