Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA 30309Leasing Manager Responsibilities & Duties Advertise available properties using a variety of marketing techniques Show properties to prospective tenants and explain terms of occupancy Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals Process lease applications and prepare lease agreements Conduct background checks and verify potential tenants' information Coordinate move-in and move-out processes Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and property laws Ensure all lease documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations Collaborate with maintenance teams to address property upkeep and repairs Prepare reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize property occupancy Organize and participate in community events and promotional activities QualificationsLeasing Manager Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Certification such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Leasing Professional (CLP) Prior experience in property management or real estate Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems Strong sales and marketing skills Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Familiarity with local property laws and regulations Experience with social media and online marketing platforms High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
