This role involves managing leasing staff, developing and implementing leasing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners to support the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. - Manage and lead a team of leasing consultants, providing training and support to ensure high performance. - Coordinate with property management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. - Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings. - Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, lease negotiation, and contract execution. - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and prepare regular reports for senior management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential tenants. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to leasing and property management. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve leasing processes and enhance tenant satisfaction. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or leasing, preferably within a residential setting. - Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and managing leasing teams effectively. - Experience in developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and trends. - Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals efficiently. - Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, team members, and stakeholders. - Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities. - Ability to analyze financial data and prepare budgets and reports. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
