Full job details

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at the beautiful Links at Bentonville Apartments!

The maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep for our community. In this role, it will be up to you to delegate incoming maintenance requests, and identify any needs for preventative repairs. A strong background in general maintenance and team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of community maintenance, including but not limited to: budgeting, scheduling, training, safety, compliance, and quality control
  • Review maintenance requests from residents and respond in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent repairs and communicating with residents throughout the process
  • Coordinate communication between management and staff regarding the status of maintenance projects
  • Inspect buildings for signs of structural damage or other issues that could lead to safety problems
  • Coordinate with contractors to complete preventative maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

  • Maintenance management experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Working knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
