Napa Post Acute – Napa, CA
Pay: up to $30/hr | Full-Time | Leadership Role

Napa Post Acute is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility’s maintenance operations. In this essential role, you’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors—while maintaining full compliance with CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22 standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in facility maintenance—healthcare or SNF experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance including CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • A safety-conscious, detail-oriented approach to preventative and reactive maintenance

  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff

  • Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, work orders, and safety checks

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

  • Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster response protocols

  • Collaborate with Infection Prevention and Environmental Services to maintain sanitation standards

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations at all times
