Position Overview:

As the Maintenance Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of our facility. Reporting directly to the Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance to uphold regulatory standards and provide a superior environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the building, interior, and grounds to exceptional standards of appearance and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations pertaining to maintenance and safety.
  • Collaborate with the regional team and Administrator to implement best practices and optimize facility operations.
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks effectively to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role within the healthcare sector, particularly in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations related to building maintenance and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding service and support to residents and staff alike.
