Join our team as a Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and direction for all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of production equipment, utilities, and facility systems while supporting overall plant performance.
A Day in the Life | Responsibilities We Trust You With:
- Plan, implement, and sustain a preventative maintenance program for all equipment
- Direct and participate in necessary repairs to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Evaluate maintenance needs and recommend new equipment or design improvements
- Maintain plant systems including air, refrigeration, steam, and HVAC
- Ensure all regulatory reports and certifications are completed (inspections, environmental, safety, etc.)
- Coordinate insurance inspections, environmental audits, and energy audits
- Enforce safety rules and take action to address hazards
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards in maintenance work areas
- Manage maintenance supplies and parts to minimize waste and loss
- Evaluate maintenance requests and determine repair vs. replacement solutions
- Conduct hazard analyses for new equipment, processes, and materials
- Support and enforce safe work practices and policies
- Oversee training and development for maintenance employees
- Ensure compliance with GMPs and all plant policies
- Support flexible scheduling, including overtime/weekends as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Must Know | Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree or relevant experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (CPG preferred)
- 7–10 years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years of progressive maintenance management experience in a food processing environment
- Strong computer skills
