  • This position is designed and intended to be performed on-site in Muscatine, IA.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads a team of Mechanical Specialist, E&I Technicians, and a Maintenance Planner

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all maintenance operations to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset life.
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issues, driving timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Partner with production, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to support operational goals and plant performance.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, maintenance records, KPIs, and vendor relationships to optimize resources and drive results.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including reliability programs, process enhancements, and equipment upgrades.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in a Technical related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience, or a combination of both is preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in providing and implementing solutions in equipment, process, and facility reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Development of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Experience leading teams to successful outcomes
  • Effective communication and leadership skills required
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Experience with CMMS is preferred
