What You’ll Be Doing (The "Fun" Stuff):
Captain of the Shop: You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of technicians. You’re the coach and the star player when things get complex.
Fleet Master: From preventative maintenance programs to major overhauls, you’ll ensure our fleet is the safest and most efficient on the road.
Tech Savvy: You’ll use industry-leading tools (like TMW, I-Pak, and JDEdwards) to track expenses and manage inventory like a pro.
Safety First, Always: You’ll lead safety meetings and ensure our shop is the gold standard for compliance and cleanliness.

The Requirements (The "Must-Haves"):
Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a shop or maintenance setting.
Credentials: A High School Diploma/GED and the ability to obtain a Certified Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 6 months.
Technical Skills: DOT certification for air brake inspection and a knack for Microsoft Excel and Word.
Physical Prowess: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and can handle the physical demands of a bustling shop environment.
