- Respond quickly to every lead and follow up persistently with prospects
- Schedule and conduct engaging property tours that highlight each community’s unique features
- Prepare and post compelling listings for available units
- Process rental applications and send lease agreements to qualified applicants
- Track leads, tours, conversions, and leasing metrics, and prepare periodic reports
- Look for creative ways to generate traffic and build awareness of both communities
Resident Experience & Retention
- Serve as a visible, responsive point of contact for residents
- Conduct move-in, periodic, and move-out evaluations
- Prepare and distribute lease renewal offers
- Build a positive community atmosphere that keeps residents renewing
Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
- Manage the make-ready process following resident move-outs
- Coordinate utility services
- Collect monthly rent and follow up with delinquent residents
- File evictions on delinquent accounts when appropriate, in accordance with company policy and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws
Qualifications
- Prior experience in multi-family or residential property management is a plus but not required
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Confident, outgoing personality with strong closing skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection is a plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable targets
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation
- Opportunity to earn commission based on leasing performance
- Medical/dental/vision insurance
- Paid time off
- 401k matching
- Potential for growth within a dynamic property management team
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
