Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for an oceanfront high-rise condominium Association. This onsite role calls for a manager who can lead daily operations, support the Board, and provide responsive service in a busy seasonal community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the Board and oversee the day-to-day operation of the property.
- Supervise and coordinate the association’s assistant manager, facility manager, maintenance team, and front desk staff.
- Oversee the outsourced cleaning company and other vendors, including service quality and follow-through.
- Respond to resident concerns, coordinate maintenance and projects, and keep the Board informed of priorities and progress.
- Support Board meetings, budgets, contracts, and routine association administration.
Qualifications
- At least three years of community management experience; high-rise condominium experience is preferred.
- Strong staff leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain accessible during the community’s busy season.
- CMCA certification required.
This is an onsite position. The schedule is Monday through Friday during the off-season and Tuesday through Saturday during the summer season. The manager must be onsite on Saturdays during the season and work the three summer holidays. Candidates living within approximately 20 miles of the property are preferred. Salary $110k
