What you’ll do
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors, including greeting them in the office, answering phone calls and emails, and booking tour appointments.
- Conduct daily leasing activities, such as responding to new leads, conducting property/unit tours for potential residents, following up with prospects, and generating lease paperwork.
- Prepare marketing materials for touring, move-in day materials for incoming residents, etc.
- Assist with all Resident event activities, including planning, prep, and executing resident events
- Drive company vehicles as needed for property tours and other job-related tasks; must have a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required
- Must be able to work during the summer and on breaks when the University of Illinois is not in session
- Required to work 2 Saturdays a month
- Ideal candidates will be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours a week
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
The hourly rate for this position is $16 an hour. In addition to a base hourly rate of pay, our Leasing Agents can earn supplemental compensation in the form of commissions and incentives.
