We’re looking for a Portfolio Community Manager who’s excited to make a difference and help shape the residents’ experience.   What You’ll Be Doing As our Portfolio Community Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the property — leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing all operations of two (2) communities  Leading daily operations with professionalism and positivity Coaching and developing your team to thrive Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications Overseeing leasing processes and compliance Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement Other tasks assigned   Who You Are We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience Strong financial and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and property management software Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required) A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation    Why You’ll Love Working With Us We believe in taking care of our team just as much as our residents.
