Homeside Properties is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager II to oversee multiple communities, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and compliance. This role will work closely with our clients, vendors, and partner with other departments within Associa Homeside Properties. This position is located at the branch office in Alpharetta, GA; typically 9-5 Monday - Friday with additional hours possibly required for Board meetings. To be successful in this role, you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Manage operations for multiple communities, ensuring compliance with governing documents and state statutes.
- Oversee vendors, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financials, approve invoices, and ensure timely collections.
- Serve as liaison between boards, homeowners, and the management company; facilitate meetings and provide governance guidance.
- Lead developer/declarant transitions, interpret governing documents, collaborate on punch lists and reserve studies, and manage post-turnover changes.
- Ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Must hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
- Associate’ s Degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Community Association experience.
- Certifications such as CAM, CMCA, AMS, or PCAM preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HOA/COA operations, governing documents, and state regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
