About the Role

Overview

Goals of the program: 

 

  • Provide unique, real time job experience for selected candidates.  
  • Train pool of talented, trained potential employees who could join Castle after graduation.  
  • Obtain an objective review of Castle systems/procedures against current academic thinking.  
  • Provide an environment where students can apply their classroom experience to actual business challenges.  

    • Responsibilities

    Program Details: 

     

    Length of Program: 

    • 8-weeks- June 8th- July 31st  
    • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM 

     

    Location:  

    • 12270 SW 3 St., Suite 200; Plantation, FL 33325  
    •  Miami, Broward, West Palm, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Estero, Jacksonville.   

     

    Functional Area: Operations 

     

    Qualifications

    Criteria: 

    • Leadership skills 
    • Management skills  
    • Exceptional customer service skills 
    • Intermediate computer skills  
    • Team player 
    • Majors: Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Real Estate, Hospitality   

     

    Grade Level: Undergraduate and/or Graduate Students
