Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Responsibilities
- Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
- Accept rental payments and provide receipts
- Respond to tenant inquiries
- Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
- Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
- Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
- Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish.
Communicate with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
Schedule repairs, inspections, and lease renewals.
Follow up on outstanding maintenance and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records in DoorLoop.
Assist with compliance and property documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in property management
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
- Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning new software and technology.
Property management, real estate, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
