Property Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our team! This role offers competitive hourly wages plus commission, with potential manager housing incentives available based on location and availability after 90 days of employment.

Core Manager Responsibilities:
- Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into signed leases to maintain and boost occupancy rates.
- Maintain open, effective, and professional communication with current residents.
- Develop and execute successful resident retention and lease renewal initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Property Manager to oversee overall property operations.
- Drive and sustain high occupancy targets across the property.
- Foster positive, strong tenant relationships and community satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate the site maintenance staff.
- Ensure full compliance with all operational and administrative reporting requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Respond promptly and effectively to prospect inquiries and resident needs.
- Utilize effective leasing techniques to showcase market-ready units.
- Track phone and walk-in prospect traffic using guest cards and visitor logs.
- Support on-site and off-site marketing efforts to drive prospective tenant engagement.
- Prepare periodic operational and activity reports.
- Share daily updates and creative leasing ideas with the Property Manager.
- Issue lease renewal notices and perform general lease administration.
- Collect necessary information to complete rental applications thoroughly.
- Establish and maintain organized lease files.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate strong team-building skills and effective leadership capabilities.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
