Property Management Associates seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee 4 properties totaling 141 units in Northridge, North Hollywood and Van Nuys. This role includes a free 2-bedroom apartment. Compensation $24-$26.00 per hour Free 2-bedroom apartment $300.00 Auto Allowance/ month $25.00 Cell Allowance /month Job Requirements Include: A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections and upkeep Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management Market, conduct tours and lease apartments Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting Job Requirements Include: Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors. Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Must live on-site. One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed. Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed. A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
