IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced Property Manager to become a member of the Barge Properties Management Company team. Must be pro-active, organized and have excellent customer service skills to lead on-site staff in accomplishing the goals set forth for the property by the Regional and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Oversee the leasing process, from showing apartments to prospective tenants to processing applications and lease agreements.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating maintenance requests and conducting regular inspections.
- Handle tenant concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage the property’s budget, including rent collection and expense control.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to property management activities.
- Implement and enforce property rules and regulations.
- Supervise and train on-site staff, including leasing agents and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Through our mix of owner-operated and third-party management properties (along with self-storage, and residential & commercial subdivision development), we are able to provide both a stable company environment and opportunities for individual growth. In business for over 40 years, we currently manage over 3,500 multifamily units across Texas.

This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our property.
