What You'll Do

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while leading your team toward achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop leasing and maintenance team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
  • Manage leasing activity, lead follow-up, and resident retention efforts
  • Conduct property tours and assist with leasing strategies
  • Oversee rent collections, invoices, and property financial performance
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure operational efficiency
  • Coordinate resident communications and resolve concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures
  • Maintain accurate resident records and property documentation
  • Partner with maintenance staff to ensure work orders and property needs are addressed promptly

  • Experience using Entrata or other property management software
