About the Role
Seeking a Property Manager for 6 properties/ 58 units in Beverly Hills. All properties are located within a mile of each other. The role comes with a free apartment. This role is now full time.
Compensation Includes
- $23.00-$25.00 per hour/ 40 hours per week
- Free 1-bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment
- Business office works out of managers apartment
- $300.00 auto monthly allowance
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property
- Supervise property, staff, and external vendors
- Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Responsible for a positive and prompt response to requests from residents
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the Preventive Maintenance checklist.
- Conduct unit inspections, including but not limited to move-in and move-out.
- Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies
- Heavily focused on leasing current vacancies and upcoming available units.
- Monitor the monthly financial property budget
- Strong leasing experience
- Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules, and regulations
Job Requirements:
- Must have 2-4 years property management experience
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff
- Experience overseeing vendors
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proven ability to market; lease apartments
- Must live on-site
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
- A valid driver’s license and evidence of auto insurance will
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of the hiring process
