Property Manager – Apartment Communities
We’re redesigning how apartment communities are run.
Paperwork is no longer the center of the job. Each of our communities is led by a Property Manager, who owns the resident experience and partners with our AI tools to handle the paperwork.
We’re looking for the Property Manager.
What the Role Actually Is
You are the primary face of the community for residents and prospects. Your focus is everything resident-centric:
- Building and maintaining strong resident relationships
- Handling resident communication, concerns, and service recovery
- Driving renewal conversations and retention
- Showing apartment homes and converting prospects into residents
- Creating a community atmosphere where people feel known and well cared for
You will work side-by-side with our onsite techs that own unit turns, work orders, landscaping, pools, and valet trash. You own the human side of the property. Together with our techs and AI, you run the community.
This is an active, on-site role—not a desk-centered position. A core part of the job is being physically present throughout the community. You will complete regular property walks and QC inspections of buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds, identify conditions that need attention, document issues, and make sure they are followed through to resolution. Candidates should be comfortable spending a meaningful part of each workday walking and inspecting the property.
Who We’re Looking For
Energy and attitude are non-negotiable.
We are not primarily looking for someone with years of traditional property management experience. We are looking for high-energy, high-ownership people who create positive momentum with residents and prospects every day.
The strongest candidates typically bring:
- Natural warmth and presence with people
- High energy and a bias toward action
- Strong communication skills and emotional composure
- A service mindset without being soft on standards
- The ability to stay organized and keep multiple resident priorities moving
- Willingness to work closely with onsite technicians and take ownership of overall property standards
- Comfort with an active role that requires regular walking and physical inspection of the community
- Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work weekends as part of a rotating coverage schedule when needed
Backgrounds that often transfer well include hospitality, customer experience leadership, sales, community management, or any role where you consistently created positive outcomes through attitude and follow-through.
Compensation & Structure
- Total Compensation: $100,000–$110,000
- Full-time, on-site position
- Schedule flexibility, including weekend coverage as needed
If you are the kind of person who elevates the experience of everyone around you through energy, ownership, and genuine care, we want to hear from you.
