KPM is a leading full-service multifamily property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for residents and maximizing property value for owners. We manage a diverse portfolio across multiple states and are looking to hire a motivated and skilled Property Manager to oversee operations, resident relations, and financial performance of our communities. This role involves managing team members, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring lease compliance to foster a thriving residential environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management of assigned properties to maintain quality standards and maximize occupancy.
  • Lead, train, and develop on-site staff to deliver superior customer service and operational excellence.
  • Manage tenant relations including lease negotiations, renewals, collections, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair projects to ensure property safety and aesthetics.
  • Execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or related real estate field.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency required for effective communication with diverse resident populations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Certain property management certifications (CAM, CAPS) are a plus.
