ABOUT THE ROLE
As Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential community, lead your team, maintain strong occupancy, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain high occupancy levels through effective leasing and resident retention strategies
- Build positive relationships with residents and deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee rent collection, lease administration, and compliance with property policies
- Supervise, train, and motivate office and maintenance personnel
- Monitor employee performance and encourage accountability and teamwork
- Oversee property upkeep, maintenance, safety, and security
- Build and maintain relationships with local officials, police, fire departments, and community partners
- Use property management technology to support efficient operations and accurate reporting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and resident relations abilities
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach to property operations and team management
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
