*Summary:* 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring optimal property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial accuracy. Your leadership will directly impact occupancy rates, revenue generation, and long-term asset value. With a strong foundation in leasing, financial oversight, and property operations, you will drive efficiency, compliance, and strategic growth across the managed properties. This is a critical role for maintaining operational excellence and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, dynamic property management environment.

*Responsibilities:* 
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and move-in/move-out processes 
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income 
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure safety, compliance, and aesthetic standards 
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting 
- Handle rent collection, late payment follow-ups, and enforce lease agreements with professionalism and consistency 
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain property systems and facilities 
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and safety standards 
- Analyze market trends and property performance to recommend strategic improvements and pricing adjustments 
- Provide regular reporting to ownership or senior management on occupancy, financials, and operational metrics 

*Requirements:* 
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in property management, leasing, or a similar role 
- Strong proficiency in leasing processes, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and compliance with fair housing laws 
- Solid understanding of property accounting principles, including rent collection, expense tracking, and financial statement preparation 
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium) and Microsoft Office Suite 
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail 
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits and site inspections 
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulatory requirements
