We are seeking someone full of energy, self-driven, highly motivated, and detail-oriented to help manage our growing portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, and vendors
- Manage commercial and residential rental properties
- Advertise vacancies and successfully fill units
- Enforce lease terms and manage renewals
- Collect rent and maintain accurate records
- Handle tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and resolutions
- Coordinate, oversee, and communicate with contractors
- Approve and manage repair orders per lease guidelines
- Ensure properties are secure, clean, and well-maintained
- Oversee grounds and hired personnel
- Support smooth daily operations and business transactions
Qualifications
- Strong customer service mindset (this is a must)
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and initiative
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
