What You’ll Do:
As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations while delivering excellent customer service and driving property performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site team members.
- Driving occupancy and retention through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
- Preparing, managing, and adhering to the community’s operating budget.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety regulations.
- Handling resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Partnering with corporate leadership on reporting, financials, and long-term planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing practices, and property operations.
- Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen with budget and reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $85,000-90,000/ year. JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
This pay range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer.
