We specialize in commercial (office, retail, industrial, medical) and residential property management, apartments for rent in Los Angeles and greater LA County, and commercial real estate for lease. This combined with our professional property management services makes PMA one of the largest property management companies in Southern California.   Look no further! We are seeking a Property Manager for 80 unit property in North Hollywood. Free 1-bedroom apartment and work out of the leasing office on-site.   Compensation Includes $23.00 per hour 1-bedroom apartment, one bathroom,   Job Responsibilities Include: Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list. Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to live on-site.   Job Requirements Include: Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors. Proven ability to market and lease apartments. Must live on-site. One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed. Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed. A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
