Job Description:

National Church Residences is the nation’s largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Property Manager who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Location: Cedar Square located in Ottawa, Kansas

Full Time 40 hours

Education: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years’ property management experience required.

  • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.

  • Ability to effectively interact with community residents.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Responsible for implementing quality control of all regulations and policies/procedures related to the leasing process.

  • Assists with the budgeting process.

  • Manages daily operations of the residential and/or commercial units assigned.

  • Oversees building maintenance.

  • Ability to travel to alternative communities, if requested.
