Property Manager IV – Affordable Housing

National Church Residences is seeking an experienced Property Manager IV to lead operations across two Pittsburgh communities totaling 176 affordable housing units.

Properties You’ll Manage

• Riverview Manor – 1500 LeTort St., Pittsburgh, PA 15212 | 99 units

• Parkside Manor – 1306 Brookline Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15226 | 77 units

This role provides leadership for site staff while overseeing financial performance, compliance, occupancy, resident satisfaction, vendors, maintenance, and daily property operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff.

• Manage property budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Housing Choice, RAD, Fair Housing, and state requirements.

• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention.

• Oversee maintenance, vendors, inspections, and property standards.

• Maintain accurate resident files and Yardi records.

• Build strong relationships with residents, owners, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 5+ years of property management experience.

• Experience with LIHTC and/or HUD.

• Budgeting and financial reporting experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Affordable housing certifications such as COS, TCS, ARM, or SCHM preferred.
