About the Role

Vie Management is hiring a Property Manager to lead a high-energy student housing community in West Campus, just steps from the University of Texas.


This role is ideal for a student housing or multifamily leader who enjoys running a property like their own business — building a strong team, driving leasing performance, creating an exceptional resident experience, and delivering strong financial results.


Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000–$80,000 annually based on experience, in addition to leasing bonuses and annual bonus opportunities tied to property performance.


What You’ll Do

• Lead leasing, renewals, and occupancy strategy to maximize property performance
• Manage and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive resident satisfaction and community engagement initiatives
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Monitor expenses, vendor relationships, and capital projects
• Analyze market trends and adjust leasing and pricing strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with fair housing, safety, and operational standards
• Partner with Vie’s corporate team to deliver consistent and high-quality operations
• Maintain strong curb appeal, property presentation, and operational efficiency


Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in student housing, multifamily, or apartment property management
• Experience leading or supporting a 200+ bed community or high-volume leasing environment preferred
• Strong understanding of leasing, renewals, budgeting, and revenue management
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and NOI performance
• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
