We are seeking an experienced, motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for customer service, team development, leasing, and financial performance. This individual will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, managing budgets, overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the onsite team.
  • Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention.
  • Manage rent collections and delinquency.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous multifamily property management experience required.
  • Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience.
  • Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and achieve occupancy and financial goals.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
