What You Bring
- 5+ years of apartment industry experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills across all platforms
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- CAM, CAPS, or HCCP designation is a plus
- Some weekend availability
What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee all property operations, driving occupancy, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team success. You’ll ensure compliance, manage budgets, and uphold the high standards Pedcor Homes is known for.
