Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and lead a successful apartment community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with outstanding customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing teams.

Weekend availability is required.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, occupancy, collections, and property operations
  • Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are a plus

What You'll Do

As Property Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall success and performance of the community, including:

  • Leading and developing onsite team members
  • Maximizing occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
  • Monitoring and controlling property expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and Section 42 regulations
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
  • Maintaining high standards of property appearance and operations
  • Implementing company policies and operational procedures
  • Creating an engaging, positive community environment
