Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and lead a successful apartment community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with outstanding customer service skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for developing teams.
Weekend availability is required.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum 2 years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience required
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, occupancy, collections, and property operations
- Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are a plus
What You'll Do
As Property Manager, you will be fully accountable for the overall success and performance of the community, including:
- Leading and developing onsite team members
- Maximizing occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
- Monitoring and controlling property expenses
- Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and Section 42 regulations
- Delivering outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Maintaining high standards of property appearance and operations
- Implementing company policies and operational procedures
- Creating an engaging, positive community environment
