Job Description
The Relief Property manager is expected to perform the following duties while on site: leasing, payment processing, merchandise sales, collections, email and phone correspondence with customers, light cleaning and administrative office functions, primarily on the computer. He or she will interface with the public face to face, by computer, and by phone. The Relief Property Manager is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service.
The Relief Property Manager must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to our four properties in Charlotte, NC. The Relief Property Manager is expected to work five days a week. Pay is $16/hr to $18/hr based on experience.
Our standard office hours are:
- M-F: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Sat: 8:30am - 3pm
- Sun: Closed
The Relief Property Manager position is eligible for the company employee benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental and vision insurance, 9 days of paid time off for holidays, and 16 additional days of general paid time off for the year. Pay starting between $16/hr and $18/hr based on experience and skill level, with additional monthly bonus compensation possible.
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience, preferably as a manager or assistant manager in property management, retail, or hospitality
- Must have a positive attitude and be honest
- Basic computer knowledge, such as typing, emailing, printing, etc is required. More advanced knowledge including familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus.
