Salary: $55,000+ (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2+ years of leasing experience preferred | Affordable housing experience strongly preferred

Arbors Management Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a family apartment community in Franklin, PA. This role is responsible for daily operations, leasing, compliance, resident relations, and financial performance while maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 95%+ occupancy and =5% delinquency 
• Manage applications, waitlists, and recertifications 
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements 
• Oversee maintenance coordination and property standards 
• Manage budget, reporting, and financial performance 
• Build strong resident and community relationships 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience preferred 
• Affordable housing experience a plus 
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations 
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills 
• Experience with property management software 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance 
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
