We are currently seeking a Property Manager to lead operations at our Solaire 8200 residential community in Silver Spring, Maryland.


Your New Role


As Property Manager, you oversee one of our flagship assets.  You are responsible for the financial performance of the assets, leadership, mentoring and development of staff, and ensuring all operations are within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations.


What Sets You Apart


Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property management, with experience managing an asset(s) with a minimum of 300 units total. You possess a strong track record of success in rent collection and achieving budgeted NOI.


Skills: You demonstrate strong leadership and change management skills to influence the efforts of your team. You have excellent communication (both verbal and written), strong organizational, and analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree with strong financial management skills is preferred.


Competencies: Your approach is warm, compassionate, and service-oriented, with a firm desire to build relationships and solve problems. You embrace diversity and welcome the opportunity to connect with all stakeholders, present and future.
