Compensation:
$25.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience

This role is designed for a seasoned leasing professional who can step in and support multiple communities facing staffing gaps, leasing challenges, or performance needs.

This role is designed for a seasoned leasing professional who can step in and support multiple communities facing staffing gaps, leasing challenges, or performance needs.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is confident, polished, and proven in their ability to lease, close, and positively impact property performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining occupancy, supporting teams, and driving results across our Texas portfolio.
What You Will Do:
• Travel between assigned properties in the Dallas, Plano, Frisco, and Irving markets
• Lead leasing efforts, including tours, follow-up, and closing
• Step in to support communities with staffing gaps or high demand
• Help improve occupancy and traffic conversion at underperforming assets
• Support and guide onsite leasing teams with best practices and closing techniques
• Deliver a high level of customer service and create a strong prospect experience
• Assist with outreach marketing and traffic generation as needed
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational standards
• Provide feedback to Regional Managers on property performance and opportunities

• Proven leasing performance with strong closing skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, properties, and environments
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Yardi
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Flexibility to travel between properties based on business needs
