We don't just look for fresh talent; we look for fresh thinkers!
We are a hybrid workplace, currently x3 days week in-office. Local candidate only please.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the day-to-day social community manager for Genesis Motor America, publishing content on the brand’s channels and representing the social voice of the brand
Distill conversations happening across all social channels to identify key posts and emerging trends – opportunities for the brand
Work with Genesis brand team, as well as across disciplines, to ensure a holistic, connected brand focus
Report on both performance of Genesis content in social space, as well as larger trends, consumer sentiment, and competitors
Responsible for building audience within platform, planning and developing shareable content, participating and building relationships directly with fans and influencers, keeping the community engaged, and providing ongoing metrics tracking and optimization recommendations
Demonstrate an understanding of client campaigns and associated goals; works closely with Account and Strategy team to ensure that all questions are addressed, and all relevant campaign materials are obtained
DESIRED SKILLS:

A power-user of all the major social networks and always the first to discover and experiment with emerging platforms
Someone who can always stay current with, and share an insightful POV on the competitive automotive and non-automotive social media landscape
A teammate who understands the Genesis brand positioning of “Luxury, Redefined.”
Proficiency with key social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat with a solid understanding of each platform's core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network's advertising capabilities
Ability to create and execute detailed social posting calendars, including campaign planning, content descriptions and posting copy direction
Analytic thinking; ability to extrapolate insights and key learnings that will impact creative strategies/concepts in real-time
Ability to collaborate with creative, production, account and strategy teams
Ability to uncover powerful insights that drive ideas (big and small) by understanding the entire brand context
Understanding of social media and the online space
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience in community management or social media management in advertising agency environment.
Demonstrated experience of using social media in personal or professional setting
Experience with social media tools such as, but not limited to, Sprout, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Emplifi, Netbase and/or Digimind
Proficiency with key social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat with a solid understanding of each platform's core features, as well as a technical understanding of each network's advertising capabilities
Analytic thinking; ability to extrapolate insights and key learnings that will impact creative strategies/concepts in real-time
Ability to collaborate with various agency teams
Ability to uncover powerful insights that drive ideas (big and small) by understanding the entire brand context
Understanding of social media and the online space
Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
Ability to work in fast-paced team-oriented environment
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks

The salary for this role is $70,304 - $70,500. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
