Specialty Leasing Manager
Summary
We are seeking a self‑motivated, strategic National Account & Specialty Leasing Manager to join our Specialty Leasing team. This role is responsible for generating new revenue opportunities with national specialty tenants while driving short‑term leasing across common areas (RMUs/Kiosks) and local in‑line spaces. You will manage the full deal cycle—including new agreements, renewals, and amendments—while balancing tenant needs with company objectives to maximize portfolio value.
Reporting to the VP of Leasing, the ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market and consumer trends. You will help curate a first‑in‑class shopping experience across our flagship U.S. destinations and play a critical role within the broader URW 360 Sales Team, which includes permanent leasing and specialty leasing,.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new National Specialty Leasing accounts and negotiate multi‑center RMU, TOU, kiosk, vending, rooftop, and temporary in‑line deals.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing national clients.
- Drive incremental revenue opportunities.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Engage with property, regional, and corporate leadership.
- Ensure campaigns support revenue growth while managing risk.
- Understand client strategies and expectations.
- Own the full sales cycle and documentation.
- Align specialty programs with company and asset strategies.
- Execute center‑specific merchandising strategies.
- Manage financial budgets and forecasts.
- Travel to assigned centers and understand local markets.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, client service, media, entertainment, marketing consulting, or agencies.
- Experience with global brands preferred.
- Experience blending physical and digital programs.
- Success with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Authentic learner with integrity and drive.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce & DocuSign a plus.
- Ability to generate leads using multiple platforms.
- Resilient and able to overcome obstacles.
Compensation
- Exempt
- $96,000 - $130,000 per year + Discretionary Annual Bonus
